Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, of Nant y Môr, Prestatyn, and formerly of Clawdd Poncen, Corwen, aged 84 years.
Beloved wife of the late George; loving mum of Christine and George, and mother in law to David and Andrea; proud grandmother of Kyle, Chloe and Jennifer, and great-grandmother of Jamie and Robyn.
Service at St Asaph Crematorium on Friday, 9 May, at 4pm.
Family flowers only, but donations in memory of Carole will be gratefully accepted towards Ward 2, Glan Clwyd Hospital.
